Fox Valley Park District supports the efforts of Charity Blooms and its mission to support local food banks with fresh, organic produce. Fox Valley Park District continues to make social equity one of the pillars of its mission, and is proud to see community assets, such as garden plots, being utilized as part of a collaborative partnership. Our thanks to Charity Blooms for their stewardship and dedication to the importance of providing fresh, local, nutritious produce to underserved populations in our community.

Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry operates one of the largest food pantries in Northern Illinois, distributing 50,000 grocery baskets full of food to approximately 23,000 unique, low-income residents annually.

The mission of Aurora Food Pantry is to help end local hunger by ensuring that everyone has access to enough nourishing food, thereby helping our overall community stay healthy and productive.

The Marie Wilkinson food pantry was founded in the 1950's and currently works to feed over 6,000 families each year.   In 2018, Charity Blooms started managing the community garden at Highland Ave. Together we produce vegetables which are donated to the pantry every week.
