This weekend I turned these beautiful tomatoes along with our onions, jalepenos and cucumbers into the most amazing pico de gallo for our monthly movie night event at the farm. We also made fajita quesadillas from our bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Thanks again to our 253 volunteers for making this project possible!
