This is Jesse Amaro. He and his wife Margarita are our neighbors to the south. Jesse grew up on a large farm in Mexico. They owned about 500 acres and many animals. He has tremendous farming experience and a sincere love of animals. Everyday, they maintain the coop, exercise the chickens and keep an eye out for intruders. This Thanksgiving, we want to send a special Thank You to both of them for their dedication and hard work. If you see them around the property, make sure to say Hi and thank them for being such an integral part of the farm.
